Alicia Arickswamy

Alicia Arickswamy is a CILEX Advanced Paralegal in the dispute resolution team at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors. She manages her own caseload and provides essential support to solicitors across a wide range of contentious matters, including commercial and property disputes, debt recovery and contentious probate.

Alicia is actively involved in the day-to-day progression of files, undertaking detailed case preparation, legal research, drafting, and document management. Her strong legal knowledge and methodical approach ensure that cases move forward efficiently, deadlines are met and clients receive clear and timely updates throughout.

Before joining Thomas Mansfield, Alicia worked as a Crown Court Clerk in the Civil Service, where she gained valuable experience in litigation support and courtroom procedure. She holds an LLB in Law and has completed the Legal Practice Course alongside a Master of Laws (LLM) in Employment Law.
