Experience & approach

Before joining Thomas Mansfield Solicitors, Tom gained valuable experience at a Legal 500 London firm, recognised for its work in commercial litigation and property litigation.

  • Acting on a high-value proprietary estoppel and unfair prejudice petition, as part of a quasi-partnership corporate dispute.
  • Supported a client in being granted permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal in a highly publicised insurance commission claim.
