Angelo has experience advising on Employment Tribunal matters, including claims under the Equality Act 2010. A key part of his work involves drafting clear, legally sound and effective grounds of claim, ensuring cases are properly framed from the outset. He advises clients on prospects of success and provides procedural and strategic support in tribunal proceedings, positioning matters for effective resolution through settlement discussions or onward progression where appropriate.

His earlier roles in a barristers’ chambers and a charity supporting workers have given him a strong understanding of the challenges employees face. This has shaped his client-centred, empathetic approach to workplace disputes.

Angelo holds a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Kent and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, and qualified as a solicitor after focusing his training on employment law.
