Sudenaz Elma

Sudenaz Elma is a Client Onboarding Assistant in the employment law team. She supports new clients as they begin their journey with the firm, ensuring matters are opened efficiently, accurately and with as little stress as possible.

Sudenaz plays a key role at the initial stage of each matter. As a first point of contact for both clients and solicitors, she manages new instructions, coordinates onboarding processes and ensures that all necessary information is gathered from the outset. Her organised and proactive approach helps to keep matters progressing smoothly and minimises delays at the early stages.

Sudenaz graduated from the City University of London with a law degree. During her studies, she completed a number of legal internships, gaining valuable insight into legal practice and client service. She went on to work as a legal assistant, where she developed practical experience in supporting legal teams and handling client interactions. This background has equipped her with a strong understanding of the onboarding process and the importance of accuracy, efficiency and clear communication.
