Sara Cox is a Chartered Legal Executive in the employment law team at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors. She advises both employees and employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. 

Her work includes advising on settlement agreements, unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, grievance and disciplinary issues, redundancy and post-termination restrictions. She also has experience representing clients in employment tribunal claims. 

Sara trained at a well-regarded regional firm based in Kent. During this time, she developed a strong grounding in employment law, dispute resolution and litigation, enabling her to guide clients through each stage of a matter in a clear and practical way.
