Wesley Poke is a dispute resolution solicitor at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors. He specialises in a wide range of contentious matters and is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal situations with clarity and confidence.

Wesley has particular expertise as a contentious probate solicitor, advising individuals and families on disputes involving Wills, estates and trusts. His work includes Inheritance Act claims, executor disagreements, challenges to the validity of Wills and matters involving undue influence, forgery or fraud. Whether clients are seeking to contest a Will or defend against an inheritance dispute, Wesley brings a calm, practical and sensitive approach to what are often emotionally charged situations.

He also acts as a property disputes solicitor, with experience in boundary disputes, ownership disagreements and both residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters. As a landlord and tenant solicitor, Wesley supports landlords and tenants in resolving possession proceedings, breaches of tenancy agreements and leasehold disputes. His advice is tailored, focused, and designed to minimise stress while protecting his clients’ legal and commercial interests.

In addition, Wesley advises on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, limited liability partnership disagreements and professional negligence claims. His structured, strategic advice helps clients make informed decisions – whether seeking to resolve disputes through litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
