Alicia is a Paralegal at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors. She plays an important part in the firm’s onboarding process for new clients, carries out a range of administrative duties and assists solicitors on a day-to-day basis.
Alicia is often the first point of contact for clients seeking legal advice. She is a clear and responsive communicator, who actively listens to clients’ needs and directs them to the most appropriate person for legal advice.
Alicia is responsible for onboarding clients quickly and efficiently, ensuring necessary compliance checks are completed and documentation is in place so that solicitors can begin work with clients as soon as possible.
Alicia joined Thomas Mansfield in April 2023, bringing her experience as a Crown Court Clerk within the Civil Service. Prior to this, Alicia graduated with a LLB in Law and studied the Legal Practice Course and Masters of Law (LLMs) in Employment.
