Kendal is a Solicitor in the employment law team at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors.

Kendal advises individuals and businesses on all aspects of employment law and workplace issues. This includes matters related to unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, breach of contract, whistleblowing, and wage disputes.

She also assists with the drafting of employment contracts, handbooks and policies, advising on employment tribunal claims, and handling compromise and settlement agreements.

Much of Kendal’s background has centred on discrimination. She is particularly passionate about her work supporting women in sex discrimination and sexual harassment claims. Kendal is experienced in working with traumatised and vulnerable clients, and applies a thoughtful and sensitive approach appropriate to the situation.

Kendal listens carefully to the unique circumstances, needs and concerns of each client, establishing a foundation of trust and ensuring clients feel understood, informed and supported. She is praised by clients for her responsiveness and clear communication skills.

Kendal was born and raised in the United States, where she obtained a degree in Political Science at the University of Tennessee. She obtained an LLB (Hons) law degree from King’s College, London and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, passing with Distinction.

Kendal trained with global law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.

In her spare time, Kendal enjoys book clubs, lively debates and the occasional controversial opinion. She is also an avid music lover and is a member of her local choir in North London.
