Thomas is a Solicitor in the employment team at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors.
He advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters across a range of sectors, including the financial services sector.
Thomas has advised on Employment Tribunal claims, worked on business reorganisations and redundancies, drafted executive service agreements and assisted on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions (including in relation to TUPE and cross-jurisdictional matters).
Thomas also has experience advising on day-to-day HR matters.
Between July and October 2021, Thomas was seconded to one of the UK’s leading challenger banks, where he assisted on a range of in-house employment law matters.
Thomas trained with a global law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.
He has a First Class degree from the University of Oxford and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School. Prior to this he spent several years working in the education sector.
Thomas is a fluent Italian speaker.
