She advises on disciplinary actions, executive service contracts, employment contracts and handbooks, flexible work requests, redundancy processes and is on hand to provide day to day HR assistance.
Amanpreet also has considerable experience advising individuals on a wider range employment matters, including guiding employees through disciplinary actions, grievances, and settlement agreements. Amanpreet studied for a LLB (Hons) law degree at the University of Greenwich. She completed the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University, during which she was awarded the Gately Plc prize for commercial litigation. She trained at a specialist employment law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
