Amanpreet specialises in delivering strategic and practical employment law advice tailored to the needs of employers. Her expertise spans a broad spectrum of industries, from national and international corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises.

She is experienced in providing board level advice and working closely with human resources teams on both contentious and non-contentious matters. She advises on disciplinary actions, executive service contracts, employment contracts and handbooks, flexible work requests, redundancy processes and is on hand to provide day to day HR assistance.

Amanpreet also has considerable experience advising individuals on a wider range employment matters, including guiding employees through disciplinary actions, grievances, and settlement agreements. She prioritises clear communication and personal connection, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their legal journey.

Amanpreet studied for a LLB (Hons) law degree at the University of Greenwich. She completed the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University, during which she was awarded the Gately Plc prize for commercial litigation. She trained at a specialist employment law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
