Farishta deals with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employers and employees.
Her work includes helping clients defend and bring various types of employment claims. She advises on, and drafts employment contracts, company policies, confidentiality agreements, and other related documents. She also deals with grievance and disciplinary investigations.
Farishta has dealt with many discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims. She has a keen interest in discrimination matters.
Farishta graduated with LLB (Hons) law degree from the University of Westminster and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University London.
Farishta trained with national law firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2023. Prior to this she gained several years’ commercial litigation experience, working as paralegal on high value and complex disputes.
