Saliah is a Client Onboarding Assistant at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors. She plays a key part in supporting the firm’s solicitors with the onboarding of clients and administrative tasks. Her role involves liaising with clients, organising client files and ensuring compliance checks are undertaken.
Saliah strives to provide the best possible service to clients and focuses on providing a welcoming client experience, combining a patient and understanding approach with clear and responsive communication.
Saliah completed a BSc Psychology degree at City, University of London and graduated with a First in 2020. She has previous administrative experience in a private hospital as well as in a customer-facing role.
