Riah is Head of Dispute Resolution at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors.
Riah’s work involves handling various aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, including commercial disputes, contract issues, and wills, trusts and probate disputes.
While Riah has significant litigation experience and of dealing with complex litigation matters, she is always mindful of the potential benefits to clients of resolving disputes outside of the court setting where appropriate. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients and her approach to dispute resolution is proactive, strategic, and client-focused.
Riah graduated with LLB (Hons) law degree from City, University of London and completed her Legal Practice Course with a Masters in Law at the University of Law. Riah qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018 and cross qualified as a solicitor in April 2019.
Riah was previously a senior litigation solicitor with a leading UK insurer. She represented them and their clients (companies, partnerships and individuals) on high value and complex disputes.
