Neill Thomas Quoted in Personnel Today

Neill Thomas, partner at Thomas Mansfield, was quoted in Personnel Today on the news that the management of the technology company Dyson had to deal with a furious reaction from the staff following a request to return to the workplace at short notice. Neill reminded employers that employees have a range of legal protections from “being pushed into returning to work too early or for the wrong reasons”.
