Who we are
The Thomas Mansfield Employment Law team is led by Alex Kiernan. Alex brings a clear commercial focus to the team’s work, advising employers and senior executives on restructures, compliance, grievance and disciplinary processes and dispute resolution. He also plays a key role in overseeing service delivery and mentoring the wider team.

Meredith Hurst leads on high-value tribunal litigation, executive exits and solicitor-led training. As Head of Knowledge Management Meredith ensures our legal training, thought leadership and client briefings are accurate, practical and ahead of the curve – particularly in regulated sectors like transport and financial services.
Jenna Ide supports employers on workplace investigations, performance and conduct issues. Jenna has particular expertise in neurodiversity and inclusive management and regularly delivers solicitor-led training to HR teams and managers.
