Saliah Sajid is a Client Onboarding and Administration Assistant at Thomas Mansfield Solicitors. She supports the firm’s employment lawyers by managing the initial stages of client engagement, ensuring each new matter is opened accurately and efficiently in line with regulatory requirements.

As a first point of contact for many clients, Saliah understands the importance of a calm, reassuring and professional welcome – particularly for individuals facing difficult or sensitive workplace issues. She takes the time to listen and respond with empathy, guiding clients through the onboarding process and ensuring they feel informed, supported and in safe hands from the start.

Her responsibilities include managing conflict checks, gathering compliance documentation and coordinating the handover of new matters to the legal team. She works closely with solicitors and support staff to ensure internal systems run smoothly and that clients receive timely and well-organised communication.
