Paul Thomas is a Consultant in Thomas Mansfield’s Dispute Resolution team. Paul deals with complex litigation matters and has extensive experience of managing disputes in the Private Equity sector.
Paul was previously a litigation partner at a large regional firm and headed up the Commercial Litigation Group, representing banks, commercial enterprises, and individuals in dispute with a larger enterprises

In addition to working with Thomas Mansfield, Paul manages his own multi disciplinary disputes consultancy, in which he works closely with hand-picked professionals, including barristers and accountants, to deliver expert litigation, regulatory and tax advice.
